4 pax in a HK hotel's superior room?

I have been searching throughout the Internet and going to Matta Fair for more information on Hong Kong. Yes, another DIY tour!!!

My in-laws, hubby and I are going on a free-n-easy tour on our own to Hong Kong since I manage to get cheap air ticket of RM360 per pax including seat allocation and 15kg luggage checked-in.

We are going to share our room in Hong Kong. I have book a room with 2 double bed in Mongkok, Hong Kong. I'm not worry about the bed size since I've check it out on Tripadvisor, the beds are larger than most Hong Kong hotel's single bed.

What I worry most is the fact that all the hotels only accommodate 2 person in a room, will only allow 1 more child to be in for most case. However 4 of us are going to stay in a room! I doubt the management will kept quite about it. Hubby and I planned to check-in with just 2 of us, follow by my in-laws sneaking in later.

What do you think? Have you stayed in Royal Plaza Hotel, Hong Kong? What would you say about it?

* $$ is the main reason we share a room but it is also due to my MIL fear of haunted hotel room!

Why human beings get sick, grow old and die?

Got a death news of a 70-year-old man, whom pass away while sleeping on yesterday morning. The news came too sudden, as if struck by lightning. Hubby and I can't even finished our breakfast on that morning.

I wonder why human beings needs to get through the path of getting sick, grow old and die? I told hubby why not we stop producing? We give birth to a little child, and the child grow up, get sick, grow old and die eventually. So why we give birth? If we don't give birth, then the child won't have to suffer from sickness and death!

It is understood that Mother Nature keeps the population balanced that way. The Earth can only support so many people. There is some kind of natural need for new people instead of the same ones living forever.

According to Bible, it is because of sin. When Adam and Eve sinned against God in the Garden of Eden, their sin brought sickness and death into the world. If sin had not entered into the world, mankind would be living for a long time.

In the book of Romans it says "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is Eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Human being is a living spirit, got a soul and live in a mortal body. Our body will die, but our spirit will never die.

Death is inevitable. So we have to live everyday as if it's our last day, enjoy ourselves and live our life to the fullest.

The art of waiting

Do you get frustrated when you have to wait? Do you feel the pressure build the longer the wait? Do you complain loudly whenever you are delayed? Have you ever thought about the physical effects this irritation is producing? Would you like a way to make waiting easier and productive?

The greatest benefits of keeping yourself occupied while waiting are that you remain calm which keeps your blood pressure down, your mood pleasant and stimulates your mind.
The above is something I got when I key-in "the art of waiting" to Google Search. I'm in the mist of waiting. I'm rather disturbed and annoyed by the waiting. That's why I Google for the phase "the art of waiting".

Waiting is a large part of our way of life so we may as well make it constructive and thus productive. But how???

Welcome to your brain

These days I’m reading a book. It writes regarding some misunderstanding which our brain accidentally bring to us. It says that our very own brain always gives us message that could be misleading!

Most interesting part of it which I found is just a simple mathematics question, really simple. Let’s try it out before looking into the answer. The question is:

It costs a total sum of $1.10 to buy a pencil and a rubber. The fact is the pencil is $1.00 more expensive than the rubber. What is the price of a rubber?

Do remember that our brain may give us the wrong answer at the first thought. Think it over again. Think hard!

Do you think the answer is $0.10?

*LOL*

No!!! You are wrong!!!

The answer is $0.05. Get it? The rubber is selling at $0.05 per piece.
