Monday blue?

I've made a plan to wake up every morning to exercise on my bike to get rid of the fats. I'm growing way too fat and work-out is needed to reduce the fats that built on my body.

So today is the first day, I hope I can keep this up for at least 3 months. For me, cycling guarantee weight lost. I lost quite a lot before my wedding by cycling.

After the 30 minutes cycling session, I bath and follow hubby to work. But I'm feeling tired all day long, my head is filled with clouds, making me feeling dizzy. *Sigh*. I'm soon getting tired of myself. May be it's the side effect of taking Clomid, but I won't allow myself to go home to rest so often, so I'm sitting in my office, trying to keep myself alert until it's time for home! *Yawn*

clomid is it for pregnancy related one? better take care of urself yeah...

Try to exercise in the evening, morning can be tough.

Vialentino - Yup, it's for pregnancy one. Okok, will take good care. Thanks.

ChrisAu - No time to do it in the evening, will only reach home by 7pm. Have to make it on morning, no matter how tough. LOL

Claire - A stationary one, that's a better choice - can ride faster (burn more fats). Hehehe...
